Mandoo - the Korean Dumpling


Hello everyone! welcome to the Suyu market blog. we are Park JaeHyung and Ahn SeoYeong. today we are going to talk about mandoo - the korean dumpling. Its main ingredients are flour, glass noodle, meat and chives. Its taste is salty and oily. Some people say that it looks like a small bag. The texture can be described as chewy. 
The origin of dumpling is from ancient China and was created by Zhang Zhongjin, who created little dough wrappers filled with lamb, chili and herbs. At Hong Kong, people eat dumpling in new year and for spring festival since it symbolizes wealth and prosperity.
